Once you pre-order your package, you will be prompted to make a payment through PayPal. For the package 'Pro' you'll be given two options: purchase directly from the developer or from the official partner in Germany. The next step involves providing temporary website access for the initial installation. The new template will be installed within 48 hours after the payment. Once the installation is complete, you'll receive a confirmation email containing access to documentation and all resources.
Theme License
A purchased theme or package can be used for more than one project or Jimdo account, but keep in mind that theme support via email is available only for the email you indicated for the initial installation.
Support and Updates
Theme updates are available to all customers who have made an individual theme purchase, and they are announced on the documentation page and the Matrix Themes blog. By accessing the Matrix Themes updates section, you will be able to update or re-install the template on your own, following the instructions provided in the documentation
Refund Policy
Full refunds are available only for the package 'Pro' within 10 days after the purchase. If you are not satisfied with the purchased product or find it too complicated, simply send an email requesting a full refund.
No refunds for the 'Enterprise' package, which includes access to the download page of all Matrix themes. This package is for users experienced with Matrix themes and not available to first-time users.
Warranty
There's no guarantee that Matrix themes will function with all 3rd party components or plugins. Browser compatibility should be tested against the demonstration templates on the demo website. Matrix themes support all modern web browsers including Firefox, Safari, Chrome (all on PC & Mac) and fully responsive in tablet and mobile devices.

Follow the detailed instructions on the following page of Matrix themes website. After having added just 2 links in Edit Head section, you'll manage to install and test the page builder on your own. You can also download all source files and upload them on your own website.
How to install the Matrix theme?
After the payment, you will receive a link to the installation guide page, providing access to all resources and documentation. Free initial installation is also available for the 'Pro' and 'Enterprise' plans. You can provide temporary website access, and the Matrix theme will be installed on your website within 48 hours.
What is multipurpose theme?
The Multipurpose theme is a template with a dropdown menu (e.g., Lemberg, Bergen, Alsten, etc.). The structure of the template remains the same for all multipurpose themes, and you can easily switch from one multipurpose theme to another by simply changing the style editor.
What is multilingual theme?
The multilingual template uses a standard Jimdo navigation in three different positions within the custom layout. The first level is exclusively for language selection. The second level is used for the main navigation, and the third level is reserved for submenus.
What is special theme?
There are three special Matrix themes with specific layout structures:
Halmstad - This theme features a sidebar menu.
Holborn - The Holborn theme has a split layout, with a hero section on the left and content on the right.
Oland - The Oland theme has a center logo image and split menu items on the left and right sides.
Please note that each of these templates has a unique layout structure and cannot be switched to any other template using the preset styles.

The templates that support the one-pager feature are the multipurpose templates. You can use any of these templates with the one-pager feature. The detailed instructions for implementing this feature can be found in the Matrix Themes documentation.
