The general updates regarding small bug fixes and new features can be found in Matrix Themes menu > section "Updates".
In some cases, it's not enough to update the template from the section "Updates".
If you haven't updated your website for a long time or if you're using a theme which was released 2 or more years ago, you need to update the whole template.
Sometimes the new template versions have a completely new design, so this might be another reason you'd like to update it with the latest release.
How to update the whole template?
All you have to do is to fill out the form from support page indicating all details (website access) and in select option choose "theme updates".
The latest release of your theme will be installed in 48h and you will receive an email confirmation once it will be finished.

The previous widgets don't work anymore
You need to update the code with the latest widgets available in Matrix Themes. This happens when you're using an old template ( 3 or more years old) with the plugins or widgets that have been updated with different plugins (see parallax, image teaser etc)
Can I switch back to the previous version?
No, unfortunately, it's possible only if you do it on your own ( saving all js files, html and css)
In order to use the latest added widgets and Matrix Themes features, you should always keep updated the latest version in CSS.
In Matrix Themes menu, navigate Enterprise Package> Ultimate Updates
Make sure you're using the same version in your CSS and use the copy button to replace the latest version with your code in CSS
How to replace the Ultimate widgets code in CSS
Once clicked the copy button, you paste the code in CSS by replacing the old one, exactly like shown on below screenshots
Each Matrix theme has a js file "matrix-xxx.js" which includes a jQuery library and plugins.
On your website it should be only one js file ( Design> Custom Template> Files).
In case you delete it by mistake, you can download a new one from Documentation> Matrix source files> js files and upload the latest version to your website
